Created Issue: Empty bucket results in System.NullReferenceException

S3 Browser for Windows Live Writer 0.91 Beta
Windows Live Writer 14.0.3913.522 Technical Preview
Windows Vista Ultimate 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1

How to reproduce:
- Create a new bucket but do not populate ANY objects into the bucket.
- Set permission to Write as Owner and Read as World.
- Open S3 browser and click the new bucket which should generate a System.NullReferenceException.

How to fix:
- Populate an object into the created bucket.
- Open S3 browser and click the bucket which should work properly now.

Because users can upload files, they should be able to delete a file they do not want.

The default value is to include an expiry with the link/image reference. I think this should be removed for the purpose of this tool. Is this an optional parameter or does ThreeSharp require an expiry to exist? If the latter, we might want to consider a different library.

LoadBucketList seems to hang on refresh after upload.

Repro:
1) Insert S3 object
2) Choose upload and upload something
3) it uploads and attempts to auto refresh but hangs and GPF's Writer
(config: Vista 32-bit)

Consider using something like ThreeSharp (http://www.codeplex.com/threesharp) for S3 access rather than embedding as a part of this plugin.

When bug reports come in, it will be helpful to have tracing implemented throughout the add-in to help track down issues.
Add tracing using the built-in System.Diagnostics classes. All top-level items should catch all exceptions, trace, and then re-throw, like below (approximation).
Additionally, any major action in the program flow should be traced at a higher trace level.

I'm unable to reproduce this on 32-bit Vista.
Can you attach the debugger and have it stop on all thrown exceptions?

Additionally, I think this calls for a new issue to be entered (doing so in a moment) to add logging. :)

CREATED ISSUE: Retrieve a limited set of the bucket items list

Selecting a bucket will currently trigger the entire list of all contents of the bucket to be downloaded.
Eventually, for people with a lot of files stored in S3, we'll need to stream the results - perhaps 100 at a time, with an option to include the next 100 ("More...") or to retrieve all of them ("All").
